Message from Vice President

"I hope this message finds you well. As we continue to champion innovation and excellence at Urban Post Production I want to emphasize a cornerstone of our mission: our unwavering commitment to accessibility.

Accessibility is not just a standard; it is a fundamental right that empowers individuals and enriches our society. As leaders, we must ensure that our organization reflects this belief in every aspect of our work. I am proud to highlight our achievements in helping media organizations meet broadcast standards for accessibility. Through our initiatives, we have successfully implemented features such as closed captioning and audio descriptions, making content accessible to all viewers, regardless of their abilities.

In addition to our contributions to the media landscape, we have also taken significant steps to align our internal practices with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). By creating an inclusive workplace, we strive to ensure that every employee feels valued and equipped to contribute their best. From accessible hiring practices to ongoing training on accessibility standards, we are committed to fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.

As we move forward, let us continue to prioritize accessibility in all our endeavors. Together, we can lead the way in creating a more inclusive future for everyone.

Thank you for your dedication to this important mission.

Warm regards",

John Laing
Vice President
